Return/Exchange Policy
Want to exchange or return an item you ordered?

Step 2 – We will arrange for a reverse pick up through our courier partner. Please ensure to handover the same garment in the same condition as you received it (unused, with all tags and barcodes).

Refund Policy
We want to make your experience of shopping with us as easy as possible. We call every customer prior to dispatching your order to ensure that what you have ordered fits you perfectly and you enjoy our garments for many wears.
However if you are not happy with the product or fit for any reason please contact us over whats-app, email, phone call or Instagram within 7 days of receiving the garment and we will initiate a return pick up. Once we receive the garment and find it in unused and resalable condition we will issue you a refund to your original mode of payment. Please note that due to our dependence on courier partners getting back the garment to our warehouse can take up-to 3 weeks. In order to expedite this process, if you can courier the garment to us, it will be faster. We will refund you the cost of shipping if you can provide us with an invoice.
Our intention is for you to shop confidently on The Rebelin Me and not worry about us not returning your money if you are not satisfied with the product.
NOTE: There is no return or exchange accepted for the items that are under clearance sale.
